What's new at Overdale Infant School?

Hi Danny
I have just had a look at your learning log website.  Wow I am very impressed, it would be great if we could put ours on there, especially as most entries are from older children.  I would love to put pictures and comments from a range of children in 4+, Year 1 and Year 2.  Let me know how to do this and I will get onto this as soon as possible.  How exciting!  Please email me with any information I need.
Thank you
Hayley Gosling

To introduce our learning logs to the children we used a story written by one of our teachers.  The story was very magical, and it was about a log called Larry who wanted to remember everything he had heard.

We then created class learning logs in order to show the children how they worked.

Here is the inside of Yellow Classes Learning Log.

Learning Log Questionnaire

We asked the children what they thought of their learning logs.  The responses were very positive with a massive 82% wanting them again next year.
